This First Friday, celebrate Black History Month and Black Futures at the Chabot Space and Science Center. Tinker with hands-on robotics designed by youth engineers at the Hidden Genius Project, play games and build worlds with AfroComicCon, and discover the groundbreaking achievements Black scientists and engineers have been making at NASA and around the world. Oh, and don’t forget to bring your dancing shoes, ‘cause they’ll be playing your favorite Afrofunk and futuristic beats!
