Frances Albrier's Annual Halloween Parade and Costume Contest

Frances Albrier's Annual Halloween parade and costume contest is back to stir up some shrieks in the neighborhood. The Frances Albrier Performing Arts After School will lead the group promptly at 4pm with a parade around the park, escorted by the Berkeley Police Department and followed by their costume contest in the auditorium. Costume contest categories include Scariest, Cutest, and Most Creative for 6 different grade brackets (TK/K-5th grade).

Each category will have 3rd- 1st place winners.
