Join Girls Garage for Womxn In The Workplace: Constructing Confidence, a free panel discussion with some incredible womxn! Whether you’re a high school or college student, a recent graduate in your first job, or a young professional getting your bearings in the working world, this event is for you. Centering conversations around gender and confidence, their panelists will share their experiences working and leading within male-dominated fields and share wisdom for building agency in your role. Topics will include how to lift up other womxn, cultivating a growth mindset, seeking mentors, and using language with intention.
