News: SAfG Takes the Stage

Scientific Adventures is honored to have been invited to speak at the first annual Girls Build Solutions conference in Chicago, IL this week.

SAfG Executive Director, Courtenay Carr Heuer will be presenting on Wednesday, June 29, 2022 about launching role model-based educational STEM programs. We are thrilled to join over 300 girls and leaders from across the U.S. at this landmark event to change the narrative and elevate the potential of girls in STEM.

This summer, Girls Build Solutions™ is celebrating and demonstrating how hands-on learning and the power of women and girls can unlock the creativity and innovation our world needs most. This high-energy national event will bring together girls and leaders from all 50 states to change the narrative and elevate the potential of girls in STEM.

Girls Build Solutions is the inaugural celebration of STEM Next’s Million Girls Moonshot, an initiative to engage 1 million more girls in STEM through afterschool and summer programs.
